Entry Fees:   $100 / boat.  Entries received (postmarkerd) on / or after Feb. 20, 2010 must
include $10 late fee before entry is considered complete.   Big bass side pot is included in the
entry fee; pays 50% big largemouth, 50% big smallmouth.
Take off will be by order of entry receipt.

RULES INTERPRETATION:
1.        INTERPERTATION OF THESE RULES: Will be exclusively to the Tournament Director. The
Tournament Directors decision will be final on all matters.
2.        Registration: Competitors must read and sign official release on this flyer. TNB is not is not liable for
any damages incurred by any contestant in this tournament. Those who fail to sign Release form WILL
NOT BE ALLOWED TO FISH!
3.        Safety: Safe boating must be observed at all times, each competitor is required to wear a
Coastguard approved P.F.D any time the combustion engine is running! All boats must have an ignition
shutoff device and be fastened to the driver when the engine is running! At checkout time, running lights
must be on, and also times prior to morning takeoff. Any fog or weather related delay will not be added to
the tournament hours.
4.        Sportsmanship: Competitors of this tournament will be expected follow the highest standards of
sportsmanship, courtesy, safety, and conservation! NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR ILLEGAL
DRUGS DURING TOURNAMENT HOURS WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE
DISQUILIFICATION!
5.        Boats and Motors: all boats must have a livewell large enough to hold and keep a limit of 5 bass
alive with proper aeration during tournament hours. All motors must not exceed the maximum horse power
rating designated by capacities placard attached to the boat used.
6.         Permitted Fishing Methods: All bass must be caught in a conventional manner. Only artificial baits
may be used, prepared pork trailers are the only exemption. No trolling is allowed; only one rod can be
used at a time and no longer than 8 feet in length.
7.        Scoring: largemouth and spotted bass must be 15 inches and smallmouth must be 18 inches. The
Official ruler used is the” GOLDEN RULE”. A 5 fish limit only is to be weighed. Culling must begin with
6th fish. Late penalty is as follows 1 lb per minute late. Dead fish will result in a .50 penalty per fish and
after 2 will result in a disqualification. Short fish you will lose your largest fish. All fish measured by
tournament officials are mouth closed and tail pinched and/or fanned while measuring
8.        Big fish pot : TNB will award 1 big largemouth and one big smallmouth pot is 100% and split 50%
/50%
9.        Pre entry:  February 20 2010 is the final date we will accept mail in or internet entries by pay pal.
After the 20th of February will incur a late fee of $10.00
10.        Permitted fishing locations: Percy Priest Lake and its tributaries. Any off limits must be observed at
marina gas pumps and state designative locations or a 50 yard radius around another competitor
11.        POLYGRAPH AND CAMERA RELEASE: BY SIGNING THIS ENTRY FORM ALL
CONTESTANTS AGREE TO SUBMIT TO ONE OF THREE POLYGRAPH TESTS AT THE END
OF THE WEIGHIN AND BEFORE PAYOUT OF ANY TOURNAMENT MONIES! ANY
FAILURE OR REFUSAL WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE DICQUILIFICATION!  Also by
signing this grants TNB to use all names, photo’s, voice and biographical information for local media
releases and will not receive  compensation  or royalties in connection with such use. POLYGRAPH
TESTING WILL BE USED AS FOLLOWS. 1st place and 2 random drawn boats from the top finishing
field.
